Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.Funeral arrangements are by Ford Funeral Service, Midwest City.Wilma "Jean" Adams, passed away peacefully March 22, 2008 in Midwest City.Jean will be remembered as a fun loving aunt and friend to many, especially her nieces and nephews, including Kim Cash of Oklahoma City, who cared for her during her last years; Hugh Cash of Stuart Fla., and Judith Cross of Ft Worth Texas.Jeans love for travel kept her active before and after her retirement. Funeral services for Seminole resident Opal Ahaisse are scheduled for 2 p.m. Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home, Wewoka. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Konawa. "Billy" Akerman and Judith "Judy" (Dobbins) Akerman.
Preceding her in death are her parents, infant twin sister, and infant brother, Joseph. 25, at Middle Creek #2 Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Wednesday at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy and Anita Moreland officiating. He was a truck driver for many years and was currently working for Western Flyer Express in Oklahoma City.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy, of the Home; five sons, Roy (Bunny) Yargee, T. Yargee, Squeege Yargee, Ledon Alexander, and Leroy Alexander Jr.; daughter, La Doria Williams; grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Wolfe. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole. His mother, Beulah Muriel Rose; father, Archie Abbott; sister, Sharon Kay Ledbetter; one grandson, Kenneth Eugene Colvin; and grandparents, Mattie and George Allen, preceded him in death.
